Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Hemp Milk

  • 1 Small Banana (prefereably frozen)

  • Handful Berries

  • Large Handful Baby Spinach

  • Optional Extras - Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds, Cashews, Nut Butter - for extra protein

  • Optional Extras - Medicinal Mushrooms, Moringa, Maca - for extra healing power

  • Optional Extras - Dates, Honey (or try our Hemp Honey) - for extra sweetness
