Hemp & Chia Pudding

All you need is 5 ingredients to make this power packed treat to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds

  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup Hemp Milk (or other milk of your choice)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1-2 teaspoons pure Maple Syrup, to taste

  • Fresh Fruit of your choice, to serve

Preparation

Step 1


Put all ingredients together in a small bowl (a glass jar or storage container with a lid is perfect).



Step 2


Stir every 5 minutes for the first 15 minutes so it doesn't get clumpy.



Step 3


Cover and place in the fridge, for at least 2hrs, and preferably overnight. You can make the pudding at night and it will be ready for breakfast the next morning.



Step 4


Top with fresh fruit, and yoghurt if desired.
