Thank you for completing our Intake Form. Our team are currently assessing your requirements and will be in touch shortly to arrange a time for your initial appointment with one of our Certified Practitioners. 


Your appointment will take place from the comfort of your own home or office, via telephone. To ensure you gain the maximum benefit from our time together, there are a few things you can do to prepare:

  • Invite a member of your support network to be present at the initial consultation. We also recommend that every member of your team read over this important support information. Having everyone on the same page from the outset is highly beneficial.


  • Spend some time getting clear on what your initial health goals are. We take these into consideration when devising your protocol, to ensure we address what’s most important to YOU.

  • Have a pen and paper ready to make note of any important information that may arise in your consultation. Comprehensive guidelines for your protocol will be emailed to you; however, your practitioner may offer some additional recommendations or inspiration that you wish to keep a record of.


If you do not hear from us within 5 working days, please email with your name, date of application and contact number so we can get back to you.

Please take note of our Cancellation Policy below to avoid incurring any penalities for missed appointments:


Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time with our Practitioners exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking fee of $50. To avoid this fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
