Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds

  • 3/4 cup Toxin-free Water, or Coconut Water

  • 1-2 Dates (optional, for sweetness)


Preparation

Step 1


Combine hemp seeds, water (and dates if using) in a blender and mix at high speed until white and fluffy.



Step 2


Add to tea, smoothies, or any recipe as a milk substitue.
